RETURN POLICY:
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for event fees.  Event entries are NOT transferable to another rider.

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on merchandise.  We will accept returned merchandise within 2 weeks for exchange for another size.

Shipping of merchandise will be via United States Postal System or UPS.

We offer shipping via United States Postal Service and/or UPS. Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 days.
You will receive an e-mail after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address confirming that your order has been received; this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.

What is Perimeter Bicycling Association’s return and exchange policy?

We do not provide any refunds.  For defectively manufactured merchandise, we will provide an exchange for items returned within two weeks of purchase.  Perimeter Bicycling Association Online offers several convenient ways to return and exchange merchandise:

Like you, we at Perimeter Bicycling are concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet.
