Registration-Special Fee Programs

There are many special programs for El Tour that can help you if you have financial challenges.  Check them out below and you may find one that’s for you!

Beneficiary Program

  1. 100% Fundraising.  The RIDE 4 FREE Program for El Tour’s Primary Beneficiary (Easterseals Blake Foundation) is a perfect example.  You sign up through them, get a fundraising page to expand your reach to raise money.  Once you reach your goal, Easterseals pays your entry fee and you’re in!  Check out the Beneficiary Page to see who else has this program.
  2. Fund raise but pay a discounted entry fee.  Some beneficiaries prefer to have you pay the entry fee then they can keep 100% of the funds you raise.  Check out the Beneficiary page to see who uses this program

Become an Underwriter!
Underwriters are the financial backbone of the event, helping to defray some of the event costs.  Depending on the package an underwriter package can include complimentary and/or discounted entries.  Packages can be specific, such as “The Official Vehicle” of El Tour or general, such as “Bronze Package.”

Supporting Bike Shop Program
Perimeter Bicycling and El Tour have partnered with Bike Shops all over Arizona who hope you will visit them for sales and service and for an El Tour discount through their shop through 31 October.

Youth Program
All youths 14 & under on ride day pay only $40 for entry.  $20 is a contribution to Easterseals, our primary beneficiary.  The Youth fee can be used through the day before El Tour at Expo/packet pickup

We honor those who put themselves on the line for our country and freedom by offering them a discount entry.
