Letter to El Tour de Tucson riders from Easterseals Blake Foundation, El Tour’s Primary Beneficiary

Dear El Tour de Tucson Participants:

We’re excited to embark on another year as the primary beneficiary for El Tour de Tucson! We could not do it without YOU! You are making a difference in the lives of children like Emily who accomplish things that doctors said were impossible, with the support of Easterseals Blake Foundation.

As spring approaches, we hope you plan to join us this fall for the 36^th annual El Tour on November 17. We have set up a new website where you can RIDE4FREE, and enhance your fundraising capabilities!

Keep these dates in mind:

March 17 The Loop is now complete and we’ll join the celebration form 9am-2pm at Brandi Fenton Park, 3482 E. River Rd. Start anywhere, but make sure to swing by to see us. There will be an equestrian demonstration, a St. Patrick’s themed dog contest, and dogs available for adoption!

April 15 Tax Day! EBF is an Arizona Qualifying Foster Care Organization which means your supporters can deduct their tax dollars to your ride goal.

September 15 We’ll kick of the “El Tour Season” with the annual Loop the Loop event. Details will come later, with the party location!

November 17 El Tour de Tucson

If you need a bike for training for El Tour, contact our friends at Uphill Into the Wind after you have registered to fundraise for EBF. They provide bikes in the Phoenix and Tucson area.

Also consider joining the Greater Arizona Bicycling Association (GABA) to get exclusive access to training rides, bike-relate group/event supplemental insurance, monthly meet-ups, and much more.
