28th El Tour de Tucson
 Saturday, November 20, 2010

To cover the cost of online registration,
a $7.00 convenience fee (reduced from $8.00) per each registration
will be added to your total event fees.

Aerobars are prohibited in all Perimeter Bicycling events
except the 252 & 157-mile events of the Cochise County Cycling Classic.
Aerobars must be removed prior to participation.

CPSC-approved helmet required. 


Registration for El Tour is open through Thursday, November 18, 2010
however, ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES ON Tuesday, November 16, 2010
 November 17 & 18: register at El Tour’s Bike, Health and Fitness Expo.

Tu Nidito Children & Family Services
El Tour’s beneficiary
Tu Nidito is Southern Arizona’s “little nest” for seriously ill and grieving children.
Yearly, Tu Nidito provides comfort, hope and support to more than 800 children during the
 most difficult times imaginable.   Thousands of children and families have received support
from Tu Nidito over the years as a result of contributions made from cyclists of El Tour de Tucson. 
Maximize your contributions and Ride for a Tu Nidito Child!
As you meet your own challenges, bring hope and comfort to a special child!  Sign up for the
RIDE FOR A CHILD option and regular event benefits as well as the name and bio of a Tu Nidito child,
free entry (paid by Tu Nidito), event poster, and Team Tu Nidito Jersey.

This username/password combination is only for use with this online registration
section of our site and is not currently linked to other aspects or services of our site.

Hint:  in the PAYER section, use the name and billing address

* LEVEL 4: Ride For A Child and make the most of your El Tour experience.
This program maximizes your contributions to Tu Nidito
.
As a Ride for a Child participant you will be paired with a Tu Nidito child and ride in his or her honor.  Upon registration, Tu Nidito will contact you with the name and bio of your special child.  As you meet your own challenges in training and riding El Tour, your support of Tu Nidito will bring hope, support and comfort to this child as he or she deals with serious illness or grief. You will receive free entry, a Team Tu Nidito jersey (instead of Prize Certificates), El Tour t-shirt and poster, and all event benefits. To learn more: www.tunidito.org/rideforachild.
* LEVEL 5: EARN A CONQUISTADOR! 
Select this level and sign on to raise $1000 or more for Tu Nidito.  You will earn the Conquistador Trophy (see below for details) and receive all regular event benefits as well as an event poster.  You will also have your choice of either a 2010 El Tour cycling jersey or Prize Certificates. 
Event Poster.   A specially designed 18 x 24 poster commemorating the event.  View the complete poster collection.
Prize Certificates.   For total contributions of $250 and more, two Prize Certificates for every $10 will be issued.   Certificates are redeemable for goods or services at Perimeter Bicycling’s Information and Redemption Centers.  Prize Certificates are not issued for those selecting Tu Nidito’s Ride for a Child program (Level 4) or the Conquistador fee level.
Conquistador Trophy.  This award is a distinctive metal bicycle sculpture hand made by artist Toni Sodersten of Bisbee, Arizona.
El Tour Jersey.  This limited edition lightweight jersey is suitable for year-round cycling.  The design is based on the unique images of El Tour for 2010.  Visit El Tour Perimeter Store for details.

Adults (13 & up) registering for the main event or Fun Ride may qualify for the
HIGHEST MONEY RAISER, earning a Conquistador and a Treasure Chest
full of gifts and prizes worth over $3000. 
A minimum of $3000 must be raised for Tu Nidito to qualify.
Perimeter Bicycling must receive all contributions by
Friday, November 19, 2010 for main event cyclists
For Fun Ride cyclists, deadline is Saturday, November 20, 2010.
YOUTH TREASURE CHEST!  
Youths (12 and under) registering for the main event or Fun Ride may qualify for the
YOUTH HIGHEST MONEY RAISER, earning a Conquistador and a special
Youth Treasure Chest full of gifts and prizes worth over $500.
A minimum of $500 must be raised to qualify for Tu Nidito.
Perimeter Bicycling must receive all contributions by Saturday, November 20, 2010.
