Update: August 21, 2014

Sunrise is 6:22am.
If you ride to your start line please obey Nevada state law and have proper lighting on your bike.
The course closes at 4:30 pm.  Please plan to be finished by then.

Update: July 24, 2014

The route will travel in a CLOCKWISE direction – all distances will ride in the “shadow” of the Spring Mountains in the Red Rock Canyon area.

1.  You must bring a map or cue sheets with you, do not depend on the route to be marked.
2.  You must bring your own FOOD and electrolytes.  Aid stations and the finish line will have fruit, water and pretzels or cookies.

All routes subject to change as we continue to get permits and permissions to use areas on the route.  ALERT: the finish line for all events is downtown Las Vegas at the RTC building: 600 S. Grand Central Pkwy.  The links below do not yet reflect this!

Cue sheets and elevation charts can be viewed
within the above MapMyRide links.  At Expo/packet pickup, we’ll give you cue sheets to take with you.

At the 7th Viva Bike Vegas you will pedal the scenic perimeter of the Las Vegas Valley.  There are three distances to choose from in the main event:  101, 60 or 25 miles.  The 101 mile event is a “platinum qualifying” event. Distances are subject to change as we continue to refine the route.

Getting back to the 62 and 25-mile starts

There will be a shuttle to take you back to your “remote” start line so you can get your car.  Every effort is being made to be able to transport both you can your bike.  However, at present, there are enough vehicles to just take YOU, not your bike. A safe, secure free bike valet will be located at the finish to hold your bike until you return.  Check the information booth at the finish line for location of the shuttle.
