We are working with High Country Shipping (HCS), a registered FedEx/UPS shipper, for shipping all bikes to and from our event. They have been shipping bikes for years to several major events throughout the country. If you contact High Country Shipping, ( http://www.highcountryshipping.com/bike_events/tour_tucson.html ) they will arrange all the details and send you shipping labels in advance. In addition, they will monitor your shipment, e-mail you when it arrives at their local facility, and deliver your bike to your hotel. During the event High Country Shipping will store your cardboard box or hard case.

At the finish, High Country Shipping’s booth will be conveniently located so you can drop your bike off for return shipping. For those who want assistance with bike assembly / disassembly HCS will coordinate this with qualified bike mechanics for an additional fee.

Riders are encouraged to make their reservation in advance online( http://www.highcountryshipping.com/bike_events/tour_tucson.html ). HCS will then contact you to confirm shipping. Riders will be charged for shipping when their bike arrives on time in Tucson.
